Chair - Also called a co-chair. Chairs are the head of their committee. They lead, organize, strategize, and collaborate. Chairs are typically the primary point of contact for their committee.
Vice-Chair - Also called a co-chair. Vice-chairs support the chair, standing in when necessary.
Treasurer - Treasurers are in charge of collecting, monitoring, and reporting committee income and expenses.

Election dates - Party elections are held every (2) years in the Fall starting in September. Election dates vary, and are picked by the Party. This "reorganization" is conducted at meetings called "caucuses." At a reorganizing caucus, those present are declared as members of the committee. Once the committee is formed, the election begins. Those present elect their officers: chair, vice-chair, treasurer, and secretary. Delegates and their alternates are also elected.
Filing deadlines - It's best to let your Party chair know well ahead of time that you intend to run for Party office. That said, candidates can be nominated (and self-nominate) at the election following the caucus.
Additional Questions - Feel free to request a copy of the Party Leader Handbook for complete details about Party offices and responsibilites.
