We welcome efforts to organize and represent all communities, especially those that aren't heard often enough here. All community caucus chairs are guided by three principles:
Build local public support for the policies and practices that advance the interests and values of the caucus and the Party.
Advocate for the caucus to ensure accessibility, representation, and support.
Foster a culture of inclusivity and equity, and welcome neighbors from all walks of life in your work.
Stand in unity with the Democratic coalition and collaborate with local groups whose interests align with the caucus and the Democratic Party.
Support Democratic candidates that represent the interests of the caucus.
Work with elected caucus members to grow a vibrant and visible community.
The purpose of a Franklin County Women’s Caucus is to amplify the voice and experience of women in Franklin County who share Democratic values in shaping policy and collaborating to identify needed action.
